Ordering and Processing
Please carefully check the measurements and sizes prior to ordering.
Please note that the processing time (1-3 business days) is different from the shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time frame. The processing time includes quality control, packing, and logistics.
Free shipping within the US: 8 - 15 Business days
Express shipping in US: $18.00; (5-7 business days)
Free International shipping: Please see chart below
Expedited International shipping: $20, 8-12 business days
Note: additional shipping time and costs may apply to certain remote countries.
Please note that all ground deliveries will leave the warehouse directly. If you do not receive your package within a timely manner, please contact us: email@example.com and we will make sure you receive your merchandise. We may ship items separately to guarantee your items arrive quickly.
If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card to let you know that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card. We will also send emails to remind you of this. Please kindly check your emails. We won't be responsible for any post office returns.
Please note that all orders will be delayed a few business days during holiday seasons.
Please note that Dream Closet Couture is not responsible for any packages that are not intercepted when attempted to be delivered. Please make sure your contact information is up to date and accurate in case this happens.
We are not responsible for any import duties, local taxes and custom fees. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors in the provided shipping address. Please provide an accurate phone number for your shipment.
Please note that once your order is processed, we can not issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Dream Closet Couture allows returns for unworn merchandise in exchange for store-credit. Please check the measurements carefully. Due to stocking, exchanges are not always possible so it's important that sizes are checked accurately. All returns due to defective items must be received within 14 business days.
If you are looking to process a return due to defect, please email us with a photo of the defective merchandise at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address. Please do not forget to include a note within the package including an order #. Returns for full refunds are only applicable to items received defective. Please e-mail us for any questions regarding these guidelines.
All returns must not be used or worn. Please provide a tracking number with the package that you are returning. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will process your return from there.
We will not accept any items for a Refund or Exchange which were received past 14 days (US orders) or 28 days (International orders) from Delivery date or returned in worn condition and/or with missing tags. All such items will be returned back to the sender.
Defective or Wrong Merchandise: All items are fully inspected before shipped, however, should you receive a defective item; please contact us within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a return. Send a picture of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
We reserve the right to deny any returns if we suspect that the merchandise has been worn. We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, sale items, handbags, jewelry and shoes.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that we are headquartered out of Washington. Due to recent growth in demand, some of our items are shipped from our factories overseas. Please do not be alarmed if your tracking information is from out of the country, we still follow the protocol and time frame that is provided on this page.
Please plan 2 weeks in advanced to purchase to ensure on-time delivery for any events. We are not able to return/refund for this reason once orders are processed/shipped.
